Thank you for your interest in our Physical Performance Class. Our Personal Performance class is a boot camp style classes created for all fitness levels; exercises will include circuit training and high metabolic workouts with a focus on development of core muscles; mobility & posture stability increasing stamina and injury prevention. Baseline testing is performed to find the target training heart zones, endurance, strength and body composition. We also perform the functional movement assessment to find any weaknesses that need to be addressed. Free Nutritional Consult is also available.
